As an Editorial Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in legal journalism and contribute to a platform at the intersection of law, tech, and policy. Success in this role means publishing impactful pieces, engaging with legal professionals, and growing your voice in the space. Interns are active participants in our editorial direction and are given opportunities to build a long-term profile with us.
A student-led opportunity for high school and college students to explore legal writing, tech policy, and digital publishing. Selected interns will gain hands-on experience and may be invited to return as official contributors.
Responsibilities
Research and pitch article ideas in areas like law, tech, and policy
Write and publish articles based on topics you're passionate about
Connect with legal professionals to build experience and boost your resume
Collaborate with the editorial team to shape content direction
Participate in monthly editorial meetings and share your voice
Receive feedback, guidance, and the opportunity to return as a Contributor
Build your personal profile on our website as you grow with the journal
Qualifications
Strong writing and research skills
Interest in law, technology, public policy, or current events
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
High school, college, or graduate students encouraged to apply
